We carry a wide range of products to suit a variety of budgets and tastes. Our most popular products are shown below. Please call or stop by for more information on products, current promotions and custom options.

Individual Credit Program:
Individual Clients qualifying for our Program are charged $250 for their Personal Credit Evaluation and set-up fee. The set-up fee is credited to their account; the balance of $500.00 will be billed in (5) monthly increments of $100.00. All disputes are sent US Mail Certified with Return Receipt.

Couples Credit Program:
Couples qualifying for our Credit Program are charged $500.00 for their Joint Credit Evaluation and set-up fee. The set-up fee is credited to their account; the balance of $750.00 will be billed in (5) monthly increments of $150.00.
Foreclosure & Short Sales:
Clients that do not have negative credit information reported yet also lack positive credit qualify to pay $100 for a Personalized Credit Building Action.
     
 

The TruPro Guarantee

TruPro Credit backs our service with a refund policy. Simply stated we believe that you should only pay for results and an effective service. Meeting and exceeding a high level of customer service is TruPro’s number one goal. TruPro Credit will endeavor to achieve a client’s objective of obtaining a higher credit score and deleting negative information from the report. If you as a client are in any way unhappy with your results, TruPro Credit‘s consultants will be glad to speak with you about why you feel your goals have not been met, regardless of the warranty.

We offer a refund for all monies paid for our service, excluding the initial case set-up fee, if you feel that we have not performed up to the expectations that were put forth. This refund policy is effective after you have been a TruPro Credit client for a minimum of six (6) months which ensures an adequate time for the investigation has been allotted. This does not mean that your case will take that long as it could be shorter or longer based on each client’s current situation.

If you feel that we have not achieved the desired results, TruPro Credit will do a full review of your account from initiation to its most current status. We will first take a total of the deleted and/or improved items and assign them a value of $85.00 per improved or deleted item. We then subtract the total value of the deleted and/or improved items from the total fees that you have paid to us to determine the total refund. This does not mean that you pay $85.00 per deletion or improvement; rather we use this $85.00 as a determining value of our service. Note that if we exceed your expectation, which is normal for our service, and there are more improvements and deletions than paid for, no additional money is owed by the client to TruPro Credit.
